Order Time

Order time will depend on individual orders and can take anything from 4-6 weeks to be completed. Please bear this in mind when ordering before your special occasion. Keeping in mind any shipping delays out of our control.

Shipping

You will be requested to make a choice of shipping method, which will have a different cost associated. Our shipping methods are optional and you can request to make use of your own courier. Shipping is an additional cost but is transparently reported on during the confirmation of order receiving payment, collection and delivery of your garment.

We guarantee full nationwide delivery. All orders are individually and professionally packaged only in the highest quality packaging and then dispatched directly from our premesis. Please note that deliveries are only in South Africa at present.
We reserve the right to hold back delivery of any order placed should we not have received full payment upfront.
Please be very specific when providing shipping details, including all postal codes.
Every effort is made to deliver your order timeously, however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurence, we will do everything possible to track your shipment and contact you to provide a revised shipping schedule. We encourage insurance to be taken on shipping but is optional.

Shipping Charges

Domestic ordinary post office parcel service

Parcelplus Service or Ordinary parcel is the most economical way to receive your garment. Insurance is optional at 1% of the value of your garment.
Customers can receive their package from any Post Office counter in the country.
Standard R40.00 excluding Vat will be added to your quote and delivery is 2-5 days depending on your area.

Express Door to Door Delivery Service

Depending on your area, our charges range from R70.00 to R250 excluding VAT, for a next day and 2/3 day delivery service.
Your garment is automatically covered by insurance for the value of R1000.00. Additional Insurance cover is available at 1% of the value of your garment.

Returns

Please bear in mind that made to measure orders cannot be returned to us. These garments are made exclusively to your exact personal specifications and therefore, we are unable to accept these returns after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
We are so confident in our step to step measuring guide that we gladly offer any additional alterations free of charge. Posting and packaging will, however, be charged to you. Items are to be returned within 14 days to qualify for this service.

Payment Methods

We offer you a SetCom Secure Payment Gateway for all credit card payments.
On request, we will provide you with our banking details for direct deposits.
We accept bank guaranteed cheques only.

A standard deposit starting from R 150.00 (deposit depending on value of quote) is required on any accepted quote. Full payment is to be made before shipment of your garment.
